The App provides a service that allows users to simply save and view their selected photos and videos.

All intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the App operator. Copyright of photos and videos saved by users belongs to the respective users.
Photos and videos saved by users are stored only on the user's device. The App does not provide backup or restoration functionality for this data. Users are responsible for managing and protecting their own data.

The App is provided "as is," and the operator makes no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or usefulness of the App.
However, this disclaimer does not apply to damages caused by the operator's intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
The operator may change or terminate the App without prior notice. The operator assumes no responsibility for damages to users resulting from such changes or termination.
The operator may modify these Terms as needed. Modified Terms become effective when posted on this page.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Japanese law. Any disputes related to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
